Buff paper over cloth-covered boards, soiled and worn; all edges untrimmed; foxing to plates; foxing and toning to text leaves; scattered offsetting. Blackmer 1569 Recounts the expedition to Greece and Asia Minor, from 1811-13, under the leadership of Sir William Gell (1777-1836), on behalf of the Society of Dilettanti, and recording the antiquities at Eleusis, Thorikos, Sounion, and Rhamnous.
