[Declaration of Independence] [Pennsylvania] Ross, George Autograph Document, signed

Philadelphia, December, 1759. One sheet folded to make four pages, 12 1/2 x 16 1/4 in. (317 x 413 mm.). Lengthy autograph document, signed by Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania, George Ross ("Ross") (1730-1779), approving the decision in a court case between Arent Hassert and John Everly. Creasing from old folds, separations and open tears along same, with some loss to text. In mat and in frame, unexamined out of frame, 21 1/4 x 24 1/2 in. (540 x 622 mm).
