Lot Description

A Queen Anne carved maple tall case clock Works by Thomas Crow (active c. 1770-1824), Wilmington, DE, the case possibly Chester County, PA, circa 1770

The hood with plain molded top, paneled door with turned engaged columns, brass face with engraved angels and applied brass spandrels with putti supporting crowns, with one hand, inscribed, "Tho. Crow," the case with molded top and plain rectangular case door, molded base on shaped bracket feet, 30 hour.
