Lot Description

A group of four Chinese and Japanese cloisonné items 古中國日本景泰藍一組四件 Qianlong period to late 19th century ????????

Comprising a small Chinese cloisonné zun-form vase, 18th century, decorated with a pair of beast masks on turquoise blue ground; a small Chinese censer and cover, probably Qianlong period, decorated with lotus scroll, with a pair of lion-head ring handles to the waist, all on three lion form legs, reticulated cover; a water coup with "cracked-ice" and prunus decoration; and a small Japanese vase, Meiji period, finely executed with butterflies and floral patterns, interior with turquoise.
