Lot Description

A group of three Chinese jade-mounted pewter teapots 嵌玉錫包茶壺一組三把

Comprising a horse hoof-shaped teapot attributed to Fan Luzeng, jade handle, finial, and spout; incised poem, signed "xiao shi", and bamboo on each side, a four-character Fan Luzeng mark to interior, ink inscription to underside and interior of cover; a globular teapot, incised with poem and prunus, jade handle, finial, and spout, "Yang Pengnian" mark to the interior; the third with hardstone-mounted vertical handle, "squirrel" knop to cover, poem and figures decorate the surface, mark to the underside.
