A Wedgwood Chu Chin Chow Vase UK, 1917-1919
Earthenware.
From a group of hand-thrown vases created on stage by a Wedgwood potter during the run of "Chu Chin Chow", a theatrical spectacular written by and starring Oscar Ashe.
Decoration, printed in blue, reads "Chu Chin Chow 1916-17-18" with facsimile signatures of stars Osacr Ashe and Lily Brayton.
