Washington (D.C.), ca. March, 1903. Scarce printed White House card, signed by Theodore Roosevelt, as President of the United States, 2 5/8 x 4 1/8 in. (67 x 105 mm); with original White House mailing envelope, postmarked March 30, 1903. In mat with envelope and portrait of Roosevelt, and in frame, 12 1/2 x 16 1/8 in. (317 x 410 mm).
