The cotton double-appliqued stars arranged in an unusual 8-7-7-7-7-8 configuration with the inner 4 rows of 7 stars staggered on a two-part wool bunting canton, machine-sewn wool bunting stripes, cotton twill machine-sewn header fitted with two brass grommets.
