Two 36-Star American parade Flags commemorating Nevada statehood circa 1865
Printed on glazed linen, the "akimbo' stars in 6 rows of 6, hand-inscribed in ink, "Susan Lucas.... July 4th 1872," and "No. 159," and "Martha Taylor Lucas (?) July 4th, 1872," and "No. 160," respectively, both bear the red "Mastai Collection." stamp.
