A verre églomisé Painting Depicting a Scene from Hamlet after Henry Fuseli, early 19th century

The scene after an engraving by Robert Thew (British, 1758–1802), after the original painting by Henry Fuseli (Swiss, 1741–1825), reproduced for John Boydell's collection of Shakespeare prints (first published 1796), depicting Hamlet, Horatio, Marcellus, and the Ghost in Act I, Scene IV of Hamlet, presented in a giltwood frame.
