New York: Charles Scribner's Sons/London: Methuen and Company Limited, 1921. In two volumes. First and limited edition, one of 50 copies with an original drawing by Abbey. Profusely illustrated with 200 illustrations by Abbey. Bound in full light brown morocco, elaborately gilt, full light brown and dark green morocco doublures; moire silk endleaves; top edges gilt, other edges untrimmed; in slip case; by Bennett.
A lovely example from The Bennett Book Studios, a fine book bindery in New York City established in the late 1920s by bookman and binder Whitman Bennett (1884-1968).
