One third of the body painted with landscapes including a scholar and a boatman visiting the chi bi (Red Cliff) among pine trees, rocks, and grasses; the rest inscribed with a poem echoing the painting alluding to the renowned poet Su Shi (1037-1101), signed and dated to a "ren chen" year, with an old label to the underside.
