(Cambridge: Riverside Press for Houghton, Mifflin & Company, 1906). Limited edition, #205 of 220 numbered copies. Tall folio. Designed by Bruce Rogers. Translated into English from the Old French by Isabel Butler. Printed in double column; printed gilt shoulder notes. Illustrated with hand-colored vignette title-page, hand-colored head-piece in the style of stained glass on p. III, and five hand-colored in-text illustrations in the style of stained glass. Original three-quarter vellum over patterned paper-covered boards, stamped in gilt, scattered minor soiling; top edge gilt, other edges untrimmed; gift inscription on front free endpaper; two book-plates on front paste-down.
