Co., Baltimore, Maryland, marked; a brass buckle engraved "Major Alex Stuart 1815"; a silver pin engraved "U.S. Christian Commission Phil"; and a silver repoussé buckle engraved "H.H. Tesch 1769" above fraternal symbols.
