Autograph note, to Ohio Governor Edward Tiffin: "Mrs. Madison presents her best respects/to Governor Tiffen (sic), & begs him to pardon her/agency, in giving him trouble, this early/in his avocations at Washington!-The/enclosed letter will explain the cause/and in justice (sic) to the writer, she must say/(word missing) every way worthy to be employed."
