Original boards, sometime rebacked, printed cover label, boards heavily worn and soiled; all edges trimmed; front hinge worn; lacking front free endpaper; frontispiece loose; old ownership signature on verso of frontispiece; prelims heavily foxed; text and plates moderately to heavily foxed; offsetting from plates.
