(London): The Nonesuch Press. 1931. In two volumes. #1,319/1,450 and 241/1,300 numbered copies respectively. Text in Greek and in English (Alexander Pope's 1715 and 1725 translations respectively). Bound in full tan goatskin, stamped in blind and in gilt, spines darkened; marbled endpapers; top edges gilt, other edges untrimmed; in matching marbled paper-covered slip cases. Includes instructions on how best to open and use the books, by Nonesuch co-founder, Francis Meynell, "On first looking into Pope's Homer", laid in.
