Inscribed below, acknowledging the appointment of power of attorney, by Chief Justice of the county court, William Edmond, dated September 28, 1801; further inscribed on verso, by county clerk, Francis Brooke, notarizing the document. Two blindstamps at top right; wax seal on verso. Creasing from original folds; edges toned. In frame.
