A pair of Fante fertility dolls, Aku'aba Ghana
Carved wood and beads, the first with a flat elongated head, small abstracted face, cylindrical body and stem legs, wearing a bead necklace and earrings, raised on a bespoke mount; the second with a flat rectangular head, reduced facial features, ringed neck and cylindrical body, with painted inventory numbers '4018' and '3525' to reverse.
