Pictorial hooked Polo Welcome mat Kingston, Jamaica, dated 1951
The first, depicting veterinarian Dr. John "Doc" Masterton of the Kingston Polo Club, Kingston, Jamaica with inscription, "Welcome Doc Peg, Peace on you two", with maker's note on verso binding, "Made for his good friend Doc, Peg Hemut (sic) begun Feb. 1950 & finished 1951.....," together with a welcome mat depicting a cat.
