A Chinese famille verte-decorated porcelain ginger jar and cover
Decorated in two bands around the body, one above with chrysanthemums and chimes on pale green ground surrounded by leaves, the lower with flowers and gourds among scrolling vine left white on iron red ground, bordered on shoulder and foot with a geometric diaper punctuated by florets.
