Lot Description

An unusual Chinese puce-enameled "Clair de Lune"-glazed "garlic-mouthed" vase Qianlong mark, probably 19th century or later

With a well-modelled sinuous drawon twined around the shoulder, a band of puce-enameled lotus-scroll and the eight Buddhist treasures, Ba Jixiang, at the waist, lotus lappets above the foot, ruyi heads and peandant beads at the mouth, underside with six-character Qianlong seal mark.
