New York, (1916). 4to. (2), 109 pp. Vocal score. Stiff illustrated wrappers, fragile. In a green fall-down-back box. Together with an issue of Philadelphia theatre magazine, Plays and Players, with an ad for the opening of Little Miss Springtime at the Forrest Theatre in Philadelphia on September 11,1916. The play, now shortened to Miss Springtime, would open in New York two weeks later at the New Amsterdam Theatre and run for 227 performances.
