No place, no date (ca. April or May, 1951). 5 pp. 4to. Addressed to American President Harry S. Truman, presumably a draft of a letter meant for publication, hence the title “An Open Letter to President Truman.” A few manuscript corrections; extremely minor wear. In chemise. See "A Companion to Ayn Rand", footnote on p. 393, describing the above letter as "never published."
