New Haven: Durrie and Peck, 1855. In three volumes. First edition. 8vo. Extra-illustrated with over 650 full-page plates. Full dark blue levant, decoratively stamped in gilt, front hinge of first volume rubbed, rear hinge of same starting; top edges gilt, other edges untrimmed; dentelles in gilt; by Riviere & Son. With the armorial book-plate of C.L.F. Robinson on front paste-down of each volume. Very light darkening to edges; scattered foxing to plates. A unique and beautifully bound set.
