A 38-Star American Ensign commemorating Colorado statehood United States Bunting Company, Lowell, MA, 1876-1889

Clamp-dyed stars in horizontal rows of 8,7,8,7,8 on wool bunting canton, two-part clamp-dyed wool bunting stripes, canvas hoist fitted with three brass grommets, and stenciled, "American Star Ensign" and "Patented April 26, 1870," hand-inked, "P.H. Decker."
