1966, embossed with artist's name and incised 'K' on the Plexiglas mount (one of 25 artist's proofs lettered A-Y, the edition was 75), Tanglewood Press, Inc., New York, publisher. Screenprint on Plexiglas on original Plexiglas mount (split).
