London, January 5, 1807. 4to. 2pp. Relating to Jay's Treaty of 1794 from Moses Poor to John R. Parker of Messrs. Parker and Poor were merchants of Boston. Poor is here describing his Journey to Dover, his application to the Aliens Office for his license and his pursuit of business contacts, "...In the ship which carries this goes out the American Treaty which was sign'd a few days since.
