Dent and Sons Ltd., (1931). First edition. 8vo. 288 pp. Illustrated with photo-plates, frontispiece, and a folding map. Foreword by Field-Marshal Viscount Allenby. Presentation copy, inscribed, dated (November, 1931), and signed in ink on front free endpaper by Yardley. Original brick red cloth stamped in blind and in gilt; dust-jacket with a few chips out of the top of the spine; moderately foxed with some discoloration at front, internally generally clean.
