Lot Description
A Chinese carved pale celadon jade "Phoenix, Qilong and Pomegranate" brush washer
Finely carved and with a high polish, depicting a phoenix on the edge of a ruyi-head form lingzhi coup, a pomegranate to one side with a sinuous qilong to the shoulder, the very even luminous stone with scattered small lighter inclusions and slight pale russet veining.
