A pair of French silver-mounted portrait miniatures of Concino Concini and Léonora Dori Galigaï 17th century
Oil on copper, each in silver frame with rope-twist edge and engraved to verso "LE MARE.al D'ANCRE" and "ELEONOR CALI-GAY," depicting Concino Concini (Florentine, 1575-1617), maréchal de France et marquis d’Ancre, baron de Lésigny, comte de Penna, and his wife, Léonora Dori dit Galigaï (Florentine, 1568-1617); housed in a later custom red Maroquin leather case lined with emerald silk and velvet.
