Rectangular, the cover with a rooster atop a drum with chrysanthemums in gold, silver takamakie and mother-of-pearl inlaid against a black ground, interior of the cover with a hen on egg with similar decoration against a gold sprinkled ground; the interior tray with gold chicks and rocks against a gold sprinkled ground.
