A Chinese spinach jade gu-form vase, mounted as a lamp, the mount in the manner of E. I. Farmer

The vase of rectangular-section, the neck and foot with stylized banana leaves and with a pair of taotie masks on the mid-section, the sides flanked by three pairs of beast-form handles suspending loose rings, the gilt wood base carved with complementary motifs, the stone of a dark-green tone with scattered darker inclusions.
