A pair of Chinese famille rose-decorated "medallion" bowls Daoguang mark but later
The bowls decorated on the exterior with four roundels, each depicting scholarly items. The roundels are reserved on a ruby-red enamel ground decorated with stylized flowers on foliate scrolls. The interior is decorated with in vibrant tones of cobalt blue with a rocky landscape encircled by peonies.
