Gold, ivory and hairwork mourning pendant England or America, late 18th/early 19th century

Of oval form, painted with female mourner weeping beside raised covered urn on rectangular plinth, the urn bearing the initials, "MA," and the plinth with applied plaque inscribed, "Imitate/ her/ Virtues.," braided hairwork surround, seemingly unmarked.
