Two gold and enamel mourning band rings Probably England, dated 1771 and 1775
The first, with inscription, "RUPERT. DOVEY. GENT: OB: 10. JAN: 1771. AET: 60," against black enamel ground, partially obscured maker's mark, "T?H," to inner band; the second, with inscription, "MARY. TAYLOR. OB: 2. NOV: 1775. AE: 28," against white enamel ground, marked to inner band, "MG."
