Lot Description
An Empire revival parcel-gilt and patinated bronze mantel clock Vincenti et Cie., last quarter 19th century
The rectangular moulded top above spandrels decorated with pegasus appliques and the sides with anthemia and putti, all suspended by fluted pilasters; the gilt-bronze and white and green enamel dial with Breguet hands and Roman numerals further suspending a pair of trumpeting Victoires; the whole above rectangular base with applied gryphon frieze; the movement stamped with Vincenti 'Medaille d'Or' pastille.
