A Russian silver-gilt and cloisonné enamel charka possibly Vasilii Osipovich Ivanov, St. Petersburg, 1882-1899

Of typical form, the handle enamelled with a sirin, the interior of the bowl with the crowned double-headed eagle, the interior engraved with the latin phrase "Sursum corda" (lift up your hearts).
