Includes: The Case of Lieutenant Donald Campbell [and Other Children of the Deceased Capt. Lauchlin Campbell, of the Province of New York.] Drop head title. [London(?), 1767(?)]. Printed pamphlet, 16 p., 4to, original self-sewn wrappers; split or splitting along old horizontal folds (having divided the pamphlet into roughly equal third sections), resulting in small losses to printing, scattered light printing, contemporary (and a few later) ink annotations. Setting forth Campbell family claims to a grant of land in the province of New York. OCLC 64152980 (mostly recording microfilm copies); not recorded by Sabin. * Manuscript document, copy executed in 1784 by Donald Campbell of a 1779 Resolution of Senate of New York document relating to the expulsion of John Williams from the Senate of New York for fraud relating to militia pay. 1 p., oblong 8vo, docketed on verso; some browning at edges. * Manuscript Continental Congress address leaf to Philip Livingston at Philadelphia with the signed receipt note of Colonel Campbell, New York. 3 x 6 1/2 inches; 80 x 165 mm. Some smudging.
