A Chinese 'cizhou' black glazed ribbed ewer northern song dynasty
cylinderical body sloping gently at the shoulders to the narrow neck, with a linear incised strap handle, the body covered in a black-brown glaze streaked with russet and bottom covered by brown horizontal stripes.
