Mexican sterling silver table wares Sanborns, Mexico City, early to mid 20th century

In the 'Aztec Rose' style decorated with repoussé roses in the Spanish Colonial taste, comprising twelve each cordials, footed wastebowls, nut dishes; a creamer, sugar and undertray; one gravy dish with conforming tray; one each small oval tray, shallow dish, and large serving bowl; together with six cups and a large octagonal tray by Plateria I. Vigueras; twelve small dishes by J.Vigueras; nine salts; and six miscellaneous pieces; some .900 standard. (approx. 78).
