Fine pair of Regency silver covered soup tureens with liners Paul Storr, London, 1811-12
Circular, each on four acanthus leaf and scroll feet, with reeded foliate-capped bracket handles with lion's mask terminals, the lower body and cover gadrooned, engraved with coat-of-arms for Sir Edward Knatchbull, 8th Bt. (1758-1819) above the motto "In Crucifixa Gloria Mea," the covers and liners engraved with leopard passant crest. (2).
