Oval form, the rhodonite frame with diamond cut outer border surmounted by applied crown and laurel and berry cast interior frame surmounted by a tied ribbon, enclosing a painted copper half length portrait of Nicholas II in military dress, raised on easel back, 88 zolotnik.
