George V silver tea kettle with whistle Herbert Edward & Frank Ernest Barker, Chester, 1910-11
Baluster form, the interior fitted with strainer, with ebonized wood side handle and spigot to other side, the cover surmounted by a whistle, raised on stand with three scroll-form legs terminating in paw feet with burner to center, the underside of pot stamped "Caffeta Reg." and "L W Pat 9621/09" each within oval cartouches.
