Pair of Transitional style fruitwood marquetry and lattice parquetry kingwood gilt bronze mounted commodes late 20th century, after the model by Jean-Henri Riesener
The rectangular verde antico marble top over single frieze drawer and two further long drawers inlaid sans traverse with lattice parquetry centered by floral marquetry leaves and blossoms, raised on short cabriole legs terminating in sabots. (2).
