Lot Description

A Chinese cloisonné plate early qing dynasty

of circular form, the domed cover brightly enameled with a central medallion enclosing two birds on a stonework surrounded by flower branches, similar flower patterns to reverse, all encircled by a band of stylized scrolling foliage, the rounded sides decorated with cloud patterns resting on a polished bronze base.
