Lot Description

Pair of French Empire style enamel and bronze candelabra second half 19th century, stamped L.C.

Surmounted by a gilt putti, the three shaped supports joined by loose chains and issuing three short candlearms with turquoise, cobalt and red enameled and gilt drip pans, raised on cylindrical standard enameled with four out turned leaf-form tips and tripartite monopodia form base mounted with palmettes and raised on enameled feet, the palmettes stamped to underside L. C.. (2).
