Pair of Louis XVI style ormolu and alabaster cassolettes late 19th/early 20th century
Oviform, the reversible cover with gilt socket opposite domed marble cover with gilt finial, the body with ormolu mounts suspending three loose rings joined by festoons and raised on tripartite supports terminating in paw feet, on marble base centered by a bronze paterae and mounted with a beaded border.
