Circular dished top damascened to show a five sided star issuing five radials all contained within a hexagon decorated with arabesques, the border with inscriptions within foliate panels, the underside damascened with inscription and engraved 'Felipa Madrid 1890' to edge, raised on a cylindrical stem centered by a square knop damascened with five pointed stars to each side and raised on a circular foot.
