Double scroll cresting with scroll carved rosettes, three urn and flame carved finials, arched face door flanked by slender columnettes, brass face with circular boss above "Henry Taylor-Philadelphia," flanked by gilt dolphin and scroll spandrels, black enamel chapter ring with subsidiary seconds ring, corner gilt metal spandrels, outer minute ring in black enamel Arabic numerals, arched lip molded waist door flanked by thin quarter round corners, plain base with thin quarter round corners, on ogival bracket feet.
